 I am an actor, director, improviser, event planner, Reiki healer, Teaching Artist and Mother.

Yup.

That is a mouthful. 

But we all don't always fit into neat little brands do we?

 I bet you don't either.  

I bet you are a whole lot more then what you say you are.  

I spent years studying acting, directing, comedy and Improv in NYC and likewise, years following a divine path, theology, spirituality and healing.

I never thought the two connected until

I soon saw some light...I needed to SAY YES, AND to who I was meant to be....

I needed to wake up.

I needed to be impeccable with my word, and actions, and art. 

I needed to follow my bliss.

I needed to help others follow their bliss. 

I saw how everything is connected and how life is a journey and every breath is a blessing.

Trust me, having been in experience where breathing is not an option - you see how every breath is a blessing!  We often forget what a blessing it is to simply breath in each and every moment.

In our hardest, most stressful moments the gift we have been given is that of breath.

To breath through that moment of stress and anger, and release the fear and worry is a gift.  

I have been doing readings and angelic, spirit healing since I was very young - but only for friends.

Every breath is blessing. I am in fact a healer and an artist. I am meant to help others though my wisdom.

Since 2016 I have been coaching and helping others on their divine path and their divine art, as well as planting seeds for social emotional and wellness through art and creativity as a teaching artist. Life wisdom is life wisdom weather you are 4 or 42. I truly believe that is through art we can most easily and readily heal ourselves and others and if the young can learn NOW the tools they need for healing they won't struggle later in life.
